This league focuses on teaching the fundamentals of softball, including catching, throwing, fielding, and hitting, while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and FUN.
Registration - February 2 - February 22, 2026
Late Week Registration (additional $25 fee) February 23 - February 27, 2026
Age groups are determined by player age as of 8/31/2025
Competes in the West St. Tammany League
Games played against nearby recreation districts including Coquille, Lee Road, Abita Springs, Folsom, and more
Minimal travel required to surrounding parks
New Jersey styles will be used this season. Please be sure to attend one of the two dates of evaluations to try-on and confirm jersey size.
Evaluation Dates - March 2 - March 8, 2026 - Specific Dates will be determined and communicated
Location: Red Complex
Players must attend one evaluation date to be eligible as a pool player.
Season Schedule
Practices begin: March 16, 2026
Games begin: April 11, 2026
Weekly schedule includes:
2 games (1 weekday & 1 weekend)
1 practice per week
Season may continue through late June, weather permitting
