Join Club Pilates Slidell for Core by the Shore, a refreshing morning of movement, sunshine, and community along the beautiful shores of Lake Pontchartrain at Fontainebleau State Park, in partnership with Pelican Park Nature Programs

Led by a Club Pilates Slidell certified instructor, this all levels mat Pilates class will blend intentional movement, core strengthening, stretching, and mindful breathing for the perfect weekend reset. With the waves rolling in and the fresh coastal air around you, move your body, clear your mind, and experience Pilates with one of the best views on the Northshore.
